Saw your post - have you ever thought about just identifying as an Eclectic Pagan?cicadomorpha

I actually now do. xD But I appreciate the suggestion, regardless!

There we go, used another mirror to get the mirror I couldn’t before.

Here’s another shot of that altar.

Here’s another shot of that altar.

So in this cajun/southern type restaurant I’m at, in the restroom, there is this beautiful table. It makes me think of an alter almost. And I think it would make a beautiful alter. Really. I love that well loved/worn look! Also, there is a mirror above it but the restroom is so tiny I can’t get it all.

arizonanature:

Known as a fertility god, prankster, healer and story teller, Kokopelli has been a source of wonder throughout the country for centuries. Kokopelli embodies the true American Southwest, and dates back over 3,000 years ago, when the first petroglyphs were carved. Although his true origins are unknown, this traveling, flute-playing Casanova is a sacred figure to many Southwestern Native Americans. Carvings of this hunch-backed flute-playing figure have been found painted and carved into rock walls and boulders throughout the Southwest.

Being from Arizona, this symbol has always been very familiar. I’ve just never known what it was. O_O So glad I do now, though.

I just realized….

I am in no way shape or form christian. And yet I do believe that Jesus was a real person, and he did willingly die because he wanted to save me….. Huh……. Interesting.

Anyways, that was my late night thought of the day.

Washed my headscarf today. Words cannot describe the amazing softness….

AND YES THIS IS RELEVANT TO MY PAGAN PATH! I’m one of the pagans that are doing head coverings… (More of a physical barrier to energy then modesty, really. It’s difficult to explain, but I will tomorrow when I don’t have to go to bed.)

This is also a good point to consider - there is (at least in my mind) a difference between living and dead faiths.

Hey, I actually managed to ask a decent question! Sweet! :D(By the way, it was me that asked this question)

I solemnly swear to never, ever use any chant or song ever written by Z Budapest ever again.

malificarxlove:

She is hateful and cruel and frankly, the more I hear about her, the more I don’t like her. I hope that one day she’ll come to realize what she’s become.

Now off to go look at every chant and song she’s ever written to have a list of what to never ever use.

To the correct blog!
